Lisa Rickerson - Owner

My name is Lisa Rickerson and I am pleased to be the owner of Next Generation Learning Center. First and foremost I have a love and passion for working with children and their families. In addition to my excitement, I also have over 25 years of experience working with children of all ages. My career begin here at this center 25 years ago as the Center Director for A Child’s World Learning Center as the company grew I had the opportunity to advance becoming Operation Manager for the largest childcare company here in the CSRA. Then opportunity came in 2014 for me to purchase the center here in Grovetown Ga, living here in Grovetown and raising both of my boys here made my decision very easy. That being said, childcare is my passion.
Sharon Tolver - Center Director

Working in the childcare industry has given me the opportunity to meet, teach, and observe children as they grow into becoming productive and successful individuals. I have been fortunate to be a part of the profession for over 20 years. During this time, I've worked in & managed corporate, private, and group home settings.

My career has allowed me to be a part of various facets of the childcare industry such as being a cook, an educator, and now my current position as a director.

Erika Jackson - Assistant Director

I have been working in child development for over 20 years. After receiving my Associates Degree in Child Development, I became an Assistant Director in 2011, and alloted the opportunity to take on the position as Director in 2014. I enjoy every aspect of teaching and realized over the years that children can teach us just as much as we can teach them. I also feel that they help us to be ourselves, which allows us to tap into our inner child. 

Next Generation Learning Center is a wonderful place for a child to began their education both academicallly & emotionally. we have a great group of teachers and I feel very proud to be part of such a great team. 
​"Our goal is for every child and family to receive the highest level of quality care to help our children on their way to becoming independent as well as successful in life.
